The Cottages

Each Cottage has its own sitting area, with table, chairs, sun parasol and an individual barbecue. The holiday cottages are more spacious than most gites, and all have an upstairs, they are set around the main courtyard, which has a fountain in the centre. There are six properties that have been formed from ancient stone, some retaining stone walls, and beamed ceilings.

Each has a living room with a kitchen area, all of which have a, washing machine, dishwasher, full cooker, and a fridge. The lounges are comfortable, with one or two sofa beds, and have digital Satellite TV. The full bathrooms have a toilet, washbasin, and full size bath with a shower over. Except for "Le Colombes" which has a large shower room, with a shower cubical.

Most of the cottages have two bedrooms, (no bunk beds) some bedrooms have space for extra beds if required. All of the rooms are fully equipped with everything that you need.

The Farmhouse

"Les Tournesol" the largest of our properties, Has everything that the others have and a little more. There is a private garden area, overlooking the Sunflower fields. With a separate very French style kitchen. Has a table (seats 8) and chairs, also a microwave oven.

A separate entrance hall, and three large double bedrooms upstairs. The lounge has satellite TV and a Cd cassette radio player.

Services

There is a Linen service available:- which includes Duvet cover, bottom sheet and pillow cases @ £5.00 per person.

If you wish to bring your own linen we prefer that you use a King-size Quilt Cover on the double beds. (240cm x 220cm).

Bathroom and kitchen towels are not supplied.

The cottages are on a self-catering basis, and must be left clean and tidy. However we are able to offer a cleaning service, if required which can be booked on arrival, the charges are as follows:

Cottages £35.00, Farmhouse £45.00

Additional Information

The cottages, the swimming pool and the grounds are strictly private and are reserved for the use of the owners, the owners' friends and family and the number of our guests mentioned on the original booking form. We regret that we are unable to offer hospitality to our guests' additional friends or family without prior agreement. In high season, this is unlikely to be possible, as the total maximum occupancy of the property must be restricted for insurance purposes.

A starter supply of plastic rubbish sacks and toilet paper and sufficient cleaning materials for floors, working surfaces and toilets are provided with each property. The dishwashers are topped up with salt and rinse aid, but dishwasher powder and washing soap are not supplied. (Use only liquid soap for washing machines).

There are certain products that will either block or inhibit or stop the functions of the septic tanks. Any problems will become obvious within a day or two, and the following products should not be used:-

British toilet paper, anti-bacterial products for cleaning hands, teeth, toilets, bathrooms or kitchens, biological powders.

A security deposit of 120€ or £80 (cottage) 140€ or £100 (farmhouse) is required in cash on arrival. If you do not wish to clean your property prior to departure, please book the cleaning service on your arrival.
